Be confident in being yourself again. Start making decisions on your own. By doing this, others will notice and you will start to face the crowd again.

Clear out Painful Reminders

Not that you will send his things straight to the trash or even burn it to ashes, this will not work. Why not try to clear his things out that remind you of him like photos, knick knacks among other things.

What you can do is try to keep it in a box until the time you are ready to see those junk or ask a friend to take it to him, if he is still interested in those. Things out of your sight means the lesser you can think about them and the easier for you to start forgetting and live a life again, without him, of course.

Be Busy as a Bee

It’s easy to lock yourself away from the world while your heart is breaking. It’s hard, terribly hard, to break yourself out that self-imposed prison and get back to the business of living, meeting new people, and having fun.

Although it’s hard for you to break free from your self prison, you have to. Force yourself to go out and start meeting new people. See to it that you have an event to attend to every week until your calendar is full of those meetings and stuff. It’s good for you and for him as well to know that you are not wallowing into self pity after what happened

Of course, there is one other thing that will take away the hurt and pain that has been dragging you down over your cheating ex boyfriend. You can go out and get your ex back.
